Hi All, here are the updates about upcoming events at our school…
WOMEN PROGRAM
What an amazing class we had last Sunday. The conditioning drills introduced by coach Vivi at our Special conditioning class were challenging, exhausting but really fun!!! Girls stay tuned on these Special Sundays classes. They are a very important complement to your training.
This upcoming Sunday we will have the Rape Safe Class
BJJ 101
Let’s get together on Wednesday, July 22nd from 7 to 8.30pm to take a look at BJJ from 10,000 feet. Students will be taken on an amazing journey to the roots of our sport and understand the historic perspective that allowed Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to evolve toward one of the most effective martial arts styles ever!

COMPETITION TRAINING
Attention GBSC Competitors, competition training will be Sunday, July 19th from 11am to 1pm. As usual we will meet at 9am at Talega for our uphill Challenge.
For our Little Champions the Competition Classes will be on the last week of the month!!!
PARENTS AND KIDS CLASS
The most wanted and expected class is back this month. Mom, Dad, and their kids will get on the mats for one more fun class together!!! The class will be Saturday, July 25th from 9 to 10am.
