Gracie Barra San Clemente

Hello Team Members,

On May first, the Gracie Barra San Clemente Team went to Vista del Mar Elementary School to Perform a BJJ Demo and Teach a Sample Parents and Kids Class. Our instructors and Little Champions did an outstanding job in sharing with the Kids from Vista Del Mar and their families their knowledge and Passion for the Gentle Art. Check the Video bellow:

This Saturday our Fundamentals and No Gi classes will be replaced by the most fun Conditioning Class. We will meet at the school at 10am and then run on one of the many trails around the San Onofre State Beach Park, where the school is located.

Back to the school at 10.45a, we will then do some great conditioning drills until 11.15a.

Sparring for white belt 3 stripes and up starts at 11.30a and goes until 12.30p.

Hi All,

After all the success of our 1st Rape Safe Class we are coming back with it! Now it will be for good and every other Sunday we will have the GB Girls working on effective and empowering techniques specially designed for self-defense under the situation of a sexual assault.

The class will be opened to all familes and friends of GB San Clemente students and will be lots of Fun!!!

We hope to see you all there!!!
