Training for Pan Jiu Jitsu Championship this Sunday!

GB San Clemente Competition Team,

Pan Jiu Jitsu Championship is two weeks away!

  • The fee for registration in the Gi tournament , i.e., received from Thursday, February 12, 2009Saturday, March 14, 2009 11:59pm is US $82.00.
  • The fee for registration in the Gi tournament , i.e., received from Sunday, March 15, 2009Saturday, March 21, 2009 11:59pm is US $98.00.

We will be meeting Sunday morning at 9:30am on the beach by the San Clemente pier for a run, then we  will be training from 11am to 1pm at the Academy.  Be ready to train hard, learn new techniques, sweat and most of all have fun.

As motivation I’ve included another one of Professor’s fight from the European Open.  This fight is against Marko Helen from Hilti BJJ Tamper in the Quarter Final.

Sunday March 22nd will be our last competition training day before the Pan Jiu Jitsu Championship.

Master Carlos arrived in OC

Master Carlos Gracie Jr. landed yesterday at the John Wayne airport  after a 2 months trip to Brazil and will be with us teaching and training in OC for the next 60 days.

Competition Training Schedule for Kids,Juniors & Teens

Competition training classes will take place as follows:

*Sat March 28th for advanced kids

*Wed March 25th for the kids

*Thursday March 26th for the Teens

These classes will take place during the normal scheduled times, but the curriculum will be geared toward competition.

Parents Meeting Breakfast

Parents Meeting Breakfast to discuss Child Development

Saturday, March 14 at 8.30am Professor Flavio would like to meet all the parents to discuss the school’s programs, the role BJJ has on their child’s development and how the parents can make a big difference working together with the instructors supporting their children progress.

All parentrs are welcome to come and bring their kids. Kids will be training as we meet at the lobby.

Please bring fruits, juices and muffins so we can have a great breakfast together.
