Gracie Barra San Clemente

Last Saturday, more then 50 people from the Gracie Barra San Clemente Team got together to watch The Ultimate Fighting Championship at Hennessey’s in Dana Point. The whole team was excited and thrilled as professor Ricardo Almeida, Brother of our head instructor, step into the cage for the second time this year. Although the result was not what we all expected the Almeida’s made us proud once again and we can wait to Ricardo’s next performance.

Last Couple Saturdays, Gracie Barra San Clemente had its first Jiu-Jitsu classes for girls only. The training is awesome and surpassed anyone’s expectations. The mat was full of girls and students learned how they can use Jiu-Jitsu to protect themselves from the most common self-defense situations that a woman can face. Better then that, the day after the students were filling the benefits of the practice and eager for more! See you next Saturday girls!!! Enjoy the Pictures!

On Saturday 5th the Gracie Barra San Clemente Team will get together to watch the UFC, specially the fight of Professor Ricardo Almeida (Flavio Almeida’s brother) who will face the Canadian Patrick Cote.

For sure it will be a great fight and we can’t wait to see Prof. Ricardo bringing out to the world the best Jiu Jitsu out there.
